I founded Wisepath after years of helping people navigate career transitions, job changes, and life decisions through my work with Clothier Careers. Over time, I saw that most “career problems” weren’t just about work — they were about life as a whole. Financial pressures, family responsibilities, health, and identity all play a role in shaping our decisions.
Wisepath is the evolution of that understanding — a holistic practice designed to help you make choices that feel right both professionally and personally.
Hi, I’m Vicki Clothier.
I’m a qualified Career Development Practitioner, Counsellor, Workshop Speaker & Educator and not to forget my work foundations as an Ex-Bankie and Finance Officer - more recently, clocking over a decade of experience helping people build fulfilling careers and lives they feel in control of.
I believe in honest, practical guidance — not quick fixes or cookie-cutter advice. My role is to help you explore what’s possible, uncover what’s holding you back, and build a clear, actionable plan that works in the real world.
My approach is grounded in empathy, evidence-based frameworks, and deep respect for each client’s story. Through the Pivot Pathways Framework, I help people reconnect their career goals with their wellbeing and financial reality — creating sustainable, balanced outcomes.
